This site may be operating under a trading name, however still remains the sole property of Welwyn Tool Group Ltd.

The information we collect

E-Commerce and Web Orders

When you place a web order we will automatically enter your details onto our system, at which point this particular policy no longer applies.  Our e-commerce websites are operated on behalf of Welwyn Tool Group Ltd, by Systems AXIS Ltd – who are authorised to act on our behalf. In the event of technical difficulties your order details may be viewed/ shared with Systems Axis Ltd, however this will only be for the purposes of Fault Resolution at our end. In this instance the website privacy policy will apply.  We may store the details of your order for the purposes of warranty and statistical analysis. 

Orders placed online are encrypted and authorised by GeoTrust Inc. Credit & Debit card payments are processed through Protx Ltd and HSBC Bank plc. Welwyn Tool Group Ltd accepts limited liability of payments processed online through our e-commerce websites. This excludes fraudulent activity.

Your Agreement

By submitting your information, you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the Site so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how to use it at all times.
