Leister TRIAC AT Plastic Welding Kit 120v PLAAT120
The robust TRIAC AT 120v (141.319) hot air tool supplied in the kit is digitally controlled, used for joining thermoplastic plastic materials such as HDPE, PP, PVC or even ABS.
The TRIAC AT 120v can set temperature and blower speeds independently of each other for even better welding control. The hot air tool’s digital display system gives the operator the flexibility to easily adjust the temperature while its close loop technology can keep its temperature regulated despite any on site fluctuations. With its comprehensive suite of diagnostic software, the TRIAC AT's LCD display will even tell you when it is time for the brushes to be replaced or time for a service!
The Plastic Welding Kit also contains LEISTER’s 5mm Tubular Nozzle (100.303) designed as an adapter nozzle and made from precision engineered stainless steel. A 5.7mm Triangular Speed Weld Nozzle (106.992) which is designed to push fit onto the adapter nozzle is also supplied.
There is a 5mm Tacking Jet Nozzle (106.996) used to tack plastic structures together along with a 3mm Round Speed Weld Nozzle (106.989).
To complete the kit, a Rotary Burr and Mixed Bundle of welding rod is included, made up of 3m each of the following ABS, Xenoy, HDPE, PP, PPEPDN and PVC materials.

The Leister Triac AT 120v is the latest hot air tool to be introduced to the range of Leister hot air tools for plastic welding. The Triac AT has taken the best features from the previous digital model the Triac PID and added more to become an intelligent and robust digital hot air tool for welding and joining plastic materials of all kinds. The highly visible digital display shows the actual welding temperature at the end of the gun's nozzle which is electronically maintained despite any external temperature fluctuations, therefore the Triac AT digital tool will accommodate the needs of the most demanding applications.

Delivery Exceptions and Exclusions
Unfortunately there are a few areas where next working day delivery isn't possible because of their remote location. However we always try to delivery to these areas within 2 working days. In certain circumstances items can sometimes take more than 7 days due to limited courier availability and weather conditions in these areas.
The restricted postcodes are as follows:
ZE, HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, BT, IM, GY, JE, PO (Isle of Wight).
Where restricted postcodes are on the Mainland delivery will be:
£4.50 +VAT for items up to and including £100 (ex VAT)
£7.50 +VAT for items over £100 (ex VAT)
A minimum of two working days applies to orders with Mainland restricted postcodes placed online before 3pm.
For restricted postcodes that are not on the Mainland delivery will be:
£14.50 +VAT for all items
