The HOTWIND SYSTEM 230v 3680W is the most powerful hot air blower in the 230v SYSTEM range. It comes with automatic cooling, protection against element and device overheating, as well as a brushless blower motor. Its dual control systems allow for stepless analogue control for temperature (up to 650°C) and airflow (200-900l/min) or remote digital control via a system interface making this a very versatile hot air blower.

The HOTWIND SYSTEM has a brushless motor which ensures that this hot air blower has a long service life. The maximum air volume can now be set infinitely between 200 and 900 l/min via the potentiometer. The wide range of applications makes the new HOTWIND SYSTEM truly impressive: be it as a unit with integrated control or as a unit for integration in a closed-loop control circuit using a system interface.
In terms of temperature control the Hotwind System has stepless analogue control for temperatures up to 650°C. As mentioned ealier, unlike the PREMIUM models, it is also capable of being electronically controlled via a digital remote system interface for temperature, power set point and air volume.
This, combined with an integrated temperature probe allows for a closed loop control system delivering precise, measurable and recordable results time after time. Additionally an alarm output enables close management and control should things go wrong.
The HOTWIND SYSTEM models also include a useful digital display providing an accurate reading for outlet temperature, essential for jobs that require precise temperature setting and control.
Overall the range of controls and functionality makes this a very versatile hot air blower for heat shrinking applications.
