Standard Double Flange Air Heaters

The new double flange air heaters are manufactured using Leister's well-known high quality standards. Suitable for temperatures up to 700ºC and min. air flow as low as 310 Nl/min. Power regulation and temperature control are available via optional controllers.
High Temperature Double Flange Air Heaters

High temperature double flange heaters are suitable for temperatures up to 900ºC. These heaters have no integrated power electronics, however power regulation and temperature control are available via optional controllers.
Recirculation Double Flange Air Heaters

The latest generation of double flange air heaters specifically designed to be used in hot-air recirculation mode. Depending on air inlet and outlet temperature a massive amount of energy can be saved by "recycling" hot air. Up to 350ºC inlet temperatures can tolerated.
Clean Air Double Flange Air Heaters

The Clean Air Heater is the next step in completeing the double flange product range. Suitable for industries with stringent requirements for 'clean' environments such as: food and beverage, medical, pharma, cosmetics and electronics manufacturing.
