High Temperature Air Heaters

The LHS 210 SF HT, single flanged high temperature air heater from Leister.  Available in 230V with a max. outlet temperarture of 900ºC and a max. inlet temperature of 100ºC, the LHS 210 SF HT air heater (176.891) has a power output of 3.3kW.

The LHS 210 DF HT 3.3kW 230V 176.897, double flanged high temperature air heater from Leister.  Available in 230V with a max. outlet temperarture of 900ºC and a max. inlet temperature of 100ºC.

The LHS 410 DF HT double flanged high temperature air heater from Leister comes in 2 variants; the 4.4kW 230V 176.898 and 5.5kW 400V 176.899.  Both high temperature air heaters come with a max. outlet temperarture of 900ºC and a max. inlet temperature of 100ºC.

Leisters LHS 210 SF-R HT single flanged high temperature recirculation air heater (176.894) comes with maximum air outlet temp of 900°C and an maximum air inlet temp of 350°C, saving significant costs in energy recovery.

Leisters LHS 210 DF-R HT double flanged high temperature recirculation air heater (176.900) comes with maximum air outlet temp of 900°C and a maximum air inlet temp of 350°C, saving significant costs in energy recovery.

The LE 5000 HT has no integrated power electronics, however the air temperature can be steplessly controlled by adding a Leister 3-phase controller (DSE).  In addition to a DSE, the aire temperature can be precisely regulated with a Leister KSR Digital controller.  Min. air flow 600 Nl/min
