Testing the tightness of double lap seams with test channels is easy with Leister's Compresses Air Testing Instrument. 

Leister vacuum pump 230v 153.024 for geomembrane and civil engineerig seam testing. Designed to be used with either the Leister vacuum bell (153.026) or the vacuum box (152.981) to create a non-destructive vacuum seal which tests the tightness and strength of overlap seams.

The Vacuum Bell from Leister measures 320mm x 320mm x 150mm high and is ideally suited for testing of smaller seam sections. It is designed for use with Leister's Vacuum Pump (153.024 230v or 153.025 120v) and will generate negative pressure differential up to 0.5bar (7.25 psi), safely working in temperatures between 0°C and 50°C.

The Vacuum Box from Leister measures 830mm x 320mm x 150mm high and is ideally suited for testing of larger seam sections. It is designed for use with Leister's Vacuum Pump (153.024 230v or 153.025 120v) and will generate negative pressure differential up to 0.5bar (7.25 psi), safely working in temperatures between 0°C and 50°C.
