Designed to be used with either the Leister vacuum bell (153.026) or the vacuum box (152.981) to create a non-destructive vacuum seal which tests the tightness and strength of overlap seams.

Leister Vacuum Pump 120v 153.025 for Geomembrane seam testing
Leister vacuum pump 120v 153.025 for geomembrane and civil engineerig seam testing. Suitable for applications where 120v is required. Designed to be used with either the Leister vacuum bell (153.026) or the vacuum box (152.981) to create a non-destructive vacuum seal which tests the tightness and strength of overlap seams.
To test the seams, apply soapy water to the welded seam area, place either the vacuum bell or box over the area to be tested and swithc in the pump. Any leaks or defects in the seam will become apparent due to bubbles and/or the lack of consistent vacuum pressure.
