The SOLANO AT from Leister is the latest pistol grip heat gun for plastic fabricators and plastic welding operations, made for environments where 120V is required. It's designed to be lighter, quieter and more durable than any other hot-air hand tool, plus it's more energy efficient too. It's one of the first Leister hand tools to be designed with a brushless motor, eliminating the need for carbon brushes. The SOLANO AT can now also be calibrated for accurate nozzle tip temperatures via the myLeister app (iOS, Android and Windows).

The SOLANO AT 120V from Leister is the latest pistol grip heat gun made for environments where 120V is required. It's designed to be lighter, quieter and more durable than any other hot-air hand tool. It's one of the first Leister hand tools to be designed with a brushless motor, eliminating the need for carbon brushes.
Lighter and quieter, the SOLANO AT weighing 750g is 32% lighter than its stable-mate the GHIBLI AW, and with noise emission of less than 65dB(A) it's 2dB(A) lower than the GHIBLI AW. Considering the difference between 60dB(A) and 70dB(A) is a doubling of sound that's some achievement.
The all new SOLANO AT is also much more energy efficient too - with an energy saving up to 40% when in Eco mode.
As with all Leister tools it's safe. Designed with multi-level systems to protect against overheating and damage to your tool, preventing un-needed replacements or more expensive downtimes while it's serviced.
The "AT" means you have the full control only digital functionality provides. Dial in the temperature and let the SOLANO AT manage the rest through its intelligent temperature controller.
In addition the SOLANO AT is now also able to be calibrated via the myLeister app (iOS, Android ands Windows) to ensure an accurate temperature at the nozzle tip, whether that's a welding mirror, tubular nozzle or a welding nozzle.
Ideally suited for long term use (the long-life motor has been tested to 10,000 hours) in the plastic welding and plastic fabrication industries, the ergonomic pistol grip design helps alleviate repetitive strain injuries by using a more natural hand grip position.
