The LHS 410 SF-R HT single flanged recirculation high temperature air heater from Leister comes in 2 variants; the 4.4kW 230V 176.895 and 5.5kW 400V 176.896. Both high temperature recirculation air heaters come with a max. outlet temperarture of 900ºC and a max. inlet temperature of 350°C, saving significant costs in energy recovery.

Leister LHS 410 SF-R HT 230V/400V Industrial Process High Temperature Recirculation Air Heaters
The latest LHS 410 flanged series of advanced industrial process air heaters is distinguished by its flanged design and extremely small dimensions, also now available with more versatility.
The new LHS 410 SF-R HT (single flange) is able to fit into confined spaces, but more importantly this 'R' model brings hot air recirculation, and higher energy efficiency, into a wider range of industrial process air heaters. Air inlet temperatures of up to 350ºC are achievable, which means significant cost savings on the production line. Estimated energy savings of 159,600kWh are achievable using a recirculation heater depending on the product setup, temperature and production run-time requirements.
A solid state relay (SSR), a controller (CSS or E5CC) and a well-placed thermocouple holder allow the air temperature to be controlled as a function of power.
Designed for professional integration into machine systems, the new LHS 410 series enables any specific application.
Sterilising, drying, welding, cleaning, shrinking, shaping, deburring and activating are now more efficient and reliable thanks to Leister’s proven hot-air technology. High temperature models, like the LHS 410 SF-R HT are also suitable for annealing, surface activation and various other applications requiring high temperatures.
