The LHS 410 SF HT single flanged high temperature air heater from Leister comes in 2 variants; the 4.4kW 230V 176.892 and 5.5kW 400V 176.893. Both high temperature air heaters come with a max. outlet temperarture of 900ºC and a max. inlet temperature of 100ºC.

The latest LHS 410 single flanged high temperature advanced industrial process air heaters from Leister are distinguished by its flanged design and small dimensions, this new model now comes with high temperature output for more versatility.
The new LHS 410 SF HT (single flange, high temperature) models are longer than both the LHS 41 and LHS 410 SF models (at 278mm vs 245mm & 178mm), but still able to fit into confined spaces on a production line. The temperature of the LHS 410 SF HT air heater can be precisely controlled via solid state relay (SSR), controller (CSS or E5CC) and thermocouple holder depending on the power.
Designed for professional integration into machine systems, the new LHS series enables any specific application.
Sterilising, drying, welding, cleaning, shrinking, shaping, deburring and activating are now more efficient and reliable thanks to Leister’s proven hot-air technology. High temperature models are also suitable for annealing, surface activation and various other applications requiring high temperatures
Other models in the range include input and output flanges as well as heat recirculation options, which dramatically improves energy efficiency
