WELDPLAST 300: Heavy Duty Digitally Regulated 3-4kg/h Plastic Extrusion Welder
The WELDPLAST 300 is the latest heavy duty hand-held extrusion welder from Leister. Significant changes from the previous S6 version include reduced weight, down from 14kg to 12.2kg, lower power consumption, down from 4600W to 3680W and importantly allowing the use of a 16A power outlet for the first time (previously the WELDPLAST S6 required a 32A connection).
Power consumption, at 3680W, is on the edge of what is achievable from a 16A supply, so Leister has introduced the same intelligent power management from the UNIROOF 700. This smart power control enables the extruder to weld reliably even with a certain amount of under-voltage. If the voltage drop becomes too high, the extruder turns off automatically to protect against compromised welding quality, and therefore expensive and time consuming rework. Another benefit of the intelligent power management system is "Eco mode", which on the WELDPLAST 300 allows users to achieve up to 40 percent energy saving during work breaks.
The introduction of an integrated 2-zone heating system enabled precise temperature control and contributes to consistent welding quality.

Equipped with a brushless drive motor (POWERdrive) and brushless blower motor (ECOdrive), the WELDPLAST 300 offers a long, maintenance-free service life and consistently high performance.

Bright and Smart LED work light
The WELDPLAST 300 also includes an LED work light, to ensure ideal lighting conditions in the welding zone. The work light can be switched between three positions, off, 50% and 100%.

The specially designed cable connection on the compact WELDPLAST 300 extruder ensures perfect cable routing in any position.
